Pooling your collective wisdom as to where in MTL would I find a reasonablty priced vet to have my 2 year old male cat declawed. Are there any volume-vet-medicine shops in town? OR...? Thanks to all who chime-in.

I'm moving into a new apartment in a few weeks and taking my big dog with me. Unfortunately, my new roommate informed me that the landlady just had the floors refinished and I don't want to scrap them. Bonjour!

Je possède un poméranien de 7 ans, ses dents sont en très mauvaises conditions (dû au manque de soin de la part de ses anciens maîtres au fil des ans).   J'ai consulté un vétérinaire à Lachine, et il m'a estimé le coût du détartrage à 400$  avant taxe.

Hi there!

I have a dog who is in need for his nails to be cut. 
He's coming on in age, 10-11 years old, and he's not a fan of having his feet touched.
Cheap is best and something in Parc-X is even better.

Any recomendations?

My 9 year old cat is looking at a $640 (tax incl.) estimation for examination, cleaning, and extraction (3 teeth) with anaesthetic. Needless to say he's broke so I'll be footing the bill. Now I really do care for the little bugger but I can't afford this even with my student loans so if anyone out there can recommend a vet with better rates it ( Read more... )
